Shipping Locations
We currently deliver across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Delivery Timelines
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
During festivals, sales, or unforeseen circumstances, shipping may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders above ₹1499.
For orders below that amount, a standard shipping fee of ₹75 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for all eligible orders.
COD orders may be subject to verification before dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can track your package using the courier’s tracking link.
Delivery Attempts
If you’re unavailable during the delivery attempt, the courier will retry up to two times. If still undelivered, the package will be returned to us.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your package is damaged or items are missing, please contact support@bunnycubs.com within 48 hours of delivery.
